Recommendation: Okay for quick weight loss but not for long
term maintenance.
Conclusion:
Not a good long term weight loss system, but if you are looking
for quick weight loss this may do the job. But keeping the fat
off is an ongoing process so you need a system that you will be
able to keep to for the long term. |

Recommendation: Okay if you are prepared to work at it. Conclusion: This diet is just a little too complicated and time consuming for our liking and not one that we believe can be maintained for long periods. Also, having to weigh and measure foods to ensure you are eating exactly the correct portions is a big thumbs down from us. |
