Review: This works in much the same way as the Strip That Fat diet book with the recommendation on eating more frequent meals but this is definitely not a long term program. The emphasis is on losing quick weight in a short number of days.
Conclusion: Not a good long term weight loss system, but if you are looking for quick weight loss this may do the job. But keeping the fat off is an ongoing process so you need a system that you will be able to keep to for the long term.
